hey! i'm doing fine today, just tired! i don't work out on the weekends (i need a break!), but today i did too much christmas shopping. how are you? i saw you do salsa dancing. i love latin dancing, i wish it could do it more often!

my parents have a vacation house there too, so i went last year for about a week. i probably won't get back until late next year because of my school schedule. i love going there though, it is so pretty! and the trips to places like tarpon springs are always fun too!

where in ky are you? my dad's side is from there - yosemite (really country!) and my aunt lives in independence.

it sounds like you have a great plan. i need to make a plan of what i'm going to do each day of the week like you do. anyway, i think i'm going to go to bed now. i am going to get up early to work out. :) talk to you later!

thanks for the input! great idea about the plyometrics, i will definitely incorporate them. so how is workout plan going?

i do have some ideas. i'm going to do low weight with high reps, but i'm not sure how many reps to do. i only have 5 and 8lb dumbbells, 15lb barbell, and various resistance bands. i love using the bands with the weights to add some resistance.

the picture i have posted is about 1.5 years old. i haven't changed much, but i feel like i have gotten a little out of shape over the past 3 months or so (because of school). my main goal now is to try to build up my endurance.
