I started working out in October 2008. I weighed 197 pounds, and decided that I didn't want to let myself go. I started a weightlifting regimen, then eventually started the P90X program for about two months. I weighed in at 173 in February 2009. A while after that, I let myself go again up to 190. I am in the process of getting back down to a lower weight and becoming lean.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because it makes me feel really pumped. Knowing that I'm getting stronger and leaner each time I pump iron or go for a run is really great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I like to look good for my girlfriend. And also, I'm studying to become a nutritionist, and I really need to be in good shape to have that role.
BB Accomplishments:
I've learned how to do a lot of different workouts safely and effectively.
I want to weigh in at 170 or 180 pounds with less than 10% body fat. I hope to build a good amount of lean muscle mass: having bigger arms, an 8-pack (if my body allows it), obliques, and a big chest. Basically, I want to look badass, like Goku from Dragonball Z. Before he gets all roided up.
I couldn't sleep until about 11:00 last night, so I am pretty tired. I took my animal cuts and once again forgot to take the vitamins with it. (Crap.) Hopefully I'll be able to get through cardio today. I'm really sore today, because I upped my weight workout from the usual 1-2 sets to...
For sure. Last year I was using it 6 times a week. It is a nice gym. Got a good set of equipment and pretty good people that use the place. You should go check it out!
