Roke-Ster Thats a real real good plan lol Its a lot better than when i started dude, so keep it up! Mmm.... Week . well i finished my second month, then i sprained my back (learn to lift properly ie.) So i kinda stopped altogether. Im thinking about continuing on month 3 and just finishing up.. Roke-Ster well you Started off weight lifting so 200 pounds should be perfect =D P90x... P90x... what can i say. Its great. but it stopped working due to the fact that i binge ate for about 3 weeks while on it, so i actually GAINED weight. Pretty weird keeping in mind the workouts are INTENSE =/ You thinkin about giving it a try? Jan 23, 2010 11:23pm

Roke-Ster also the only way i lost weight was running. once i hit 212 i started swimming. then at 190 i started weight lifting (and thats where things slowed) I got to 180 by doing both lifting and running. got to 165 doing P90x. Just do what works for you, do what feels most comfortable, if you dont... end up quitting all together =/ Have you noticed any big changes? Jan 23, 2010 11:19am

Roke-Ster hey thats good then! lets see. It started getting pretty hard around.. 190 or so, but that's due to my small size, i'm only like, 5'7. After that, getting to 180 was a mission and getting to 165 was nearly impossible =P But here i am, trying to break through and hopefully be able to say in 3 months "im down to 135" Jan 23, 2010 11:19am

Roke-Ster dude it sucks. Everything has carbs, but you're only supposed to limit carbs to like... under 20 grams a day... which, if you havent done that. Is pretty damn hard. Think of ANY food thats protein rich and fat rich.. take Peanut butter... Its so hard to eat that without bread or a banana or anything like that. I miss rice and bread the most. =/ oh... Fruits too. Roke-Ster thats good, just make sure when you hit that plateau that you change things up, or focus on burning fat more than gaining muscle. trust me, it'll happen, and all (if not most) progress will stop =/ lets see... for the past 2 months i had been doing P90x and just eating less.. I kinda sprained my back, so im not working out right now, so im eating at 1200 calories. Using the Keto Diet. Jan 22, 2010 10:45pm

Roke-Ster both. Mainly trying to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Strictly almost impossible. and I drank a lot more... alcohol.. so drop that habit or slow it down if you do it.. Also, I NEVER used to binge eat, then outta nowhere, i would catch myself binge eating.. pretty weird, but things are moving forward. Whats your plan like? Jan 21, 2010 11:19pm

Roke-Ster lol HORRIBLY! my goal was to get to 180. once i got there, i realized it wasnt enough... cause i still had flab and my belly still stuck out.. I havent been able to go down much.
