Wow, my woman is officially a meathead, you have your own bodyspace profile! By the way, I love that profile picture, what a day/night that was.

Yeah you gotta think about your future when you're done with school. I wish I was done. I'm moving out to cali after i graduate. More people out there into fitness I'm sure. Right now though, I just need something at a gym so I can hopefully pay my rent down in VA. Really didn't plan on coming up here for the summer, so it's tough finding something real quick. Appreciate the good word if you see Herb. Take it easy.

Yeah i mean if you're that serious about it then I can see why a nutritionist would help. But you could probably do it on your own with a fitness competition book by someone who knows what they're talking about.
I used to watch wrestling more. I think I stopped after degeneration x broke up. They were my favorite, cool song too.

Well I don't want to toot my own horn but I think he should hire me if he's looking for someone good. I mean all i have is this crappy certification, but he didn't say anything about requiring his trainers to be certified, so that's cool. I did notice some of the classes were focused on strength training, that's good to see.

I dunno if i would spend 1500 a year on a nutrition expert. Just eat healthy and small frequent meals, drinks lots of cold water, coffee helps too, i mean i'm sure you know what you have to do, cardio in addition. The toughest part is just doing it.
You're right, I guess working w/ HHH is paying off. That's lucky he's doing that. You could probably work with one of the WWE women through that.

Thats a cool little place. I applied there today also. The guy herb seems pretty cool. Maybe I'll end up working at both gyms haha. Definitely seems like your gym would be more fun though.

I definitely didn't recognize you today when I came in, i had only just glanced at your profile picture when i was looking to see who works out in the shoreline area. Then when i came back to see who works out at shoreline HF specifically I realized it was you haha. Your bf is huge. Looks like he is getting close to being ready for a show. I wish i had better genetics. I could go out and run a 6 minute mile with no training but i stop lifting for a month and lose 10 pounds haha. go figure.

I mean I understand their goal is to create a place where everyone feels welcome, but they make too big of a deal about it with their signs "NO CRITICS". I dont think it's bodybuilders per se, more like meatheads and jackasses that they dont want. They definitely have some pretty big guys in there, and there's a definite "bodybuilder area" and "average joe" area. But yeah, the 20 bucks for a day is just ridiculous. There's no way anyone pays that. What is RTX?

Yeah there's not many people I know on here either, so it's always cool to find someone you've met before. I checked out both your pages a couple weeks ago before I got up here from VA and was like "whoa, that's one fit couple!"
Hopefully I'll hear back from seana and can start lifting there soon. I'm out of free passes at planet fitness. Did you know the owner is mike katz's son from pumping iron? I bet you, or your boyfriend did.

So I'm back in CT. Gonna head over to old lyme today to move in at the beach and check out some gyms. Maybe I'll see you at workout world and you can introduce me to some people.

Well I just talked to Brian at Shoreline health and fitness. Unfortunately, since I am heading back down to Virginia at the end of the summer, he isn't going to hire me. Maybe I'll give workout world a call to see if they're hiring. It really would be great to workout for free this summer. Hey you should put in a good word for me! I'll be living in south lyme for part of the summer at point o woods beach.

Well, I called the closest golds to where I'd be (New Haven) and they're actually overstaffed. Guess I'll have to try somewhere else.

Hey, I was wondering if you could recommend any good gyms in the shoreline area. I'm coming up to CT for the summer and need one to work/workout at. Thanks. Good luck with your workouts.

Hey, I'm heading up to CT (shoreline area) for the summer, and was wondering if you could recommend a good gym to work/workout at. I've worked at golds and my school's gym down here in VA.
