I'm currently following the Body for Life fitness program.
Week 1
Monday & Friday - upper body 45 min.
Wednesday - lower body 45 min.
Tues, Thurs, and Sat - aerobics in wave pattern for 20 minutes
Week 2
Monday & Friday - lower body 45 min.
Wednesday - upper body 45 min.
Tues, Thurs, and Sat - aerobics in wave pattern for 20 minutes
