It didn't go as planned at all. Actually it was not such a great experience with flight cancellations, hotel registration problems, lost belongings, stomach cramps etc..I was crabby and tired. It was the hardest show to prepare for since I bulked up to 156 lbs and had to lose it in 3 months! I learned my lesson! The darker my tan the greener I looked so in the end I wasn't dark enough and since I didn't want to look like Hulk I ended up looking washed up on stage. When I saw my pictures lacking a ton of definition I was disapointed:( On the other hand, I met a ton of awesome people and reunited with past competition buddies! I learned about how different it is to compete at a national level show so next time I will be more polished and I know I will place higher! |

A week ago I place 3rd while a fellow competitor placed 4th This week the 4th place winner beat me and came in first...Ghee I wonder why this happened considering that the judges in both shows were the same exept for two! |
