How I Started:
I bought a muscle/fitness mag in August 05 and saw a whole workout plan/diet in it that I followed for 3 months. I got into the best shape of my life but of course I wanted more so I decided to start competing in figure.
Why I Love It:
it is the only time I am away from work, school, and my family, and the only time it is all about me. It relieves my stress and it is part of my life just like taking a shower. Without it I am not me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read magazines(oxygen), books, I go on bodybuilding.com, My husband also bodybuilds, and I actually got him into it. I get motivated by listening to people that complain about their bodies and I laugh. I try to educate them and although I enjoy it, I know that 99% of them will just throw my info out the window, yet it is still worth it because at least that 1% of them will listen.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed at my first show-Emerald Cup on April 20,07 and placed 2nd(Qualified for Nationals):)

Goal (Long):
I want to continue competing and eventually recieve my pro card. Start fitness modeling, and of course finish school and become a registered Dietitian and eventually go to grad school.(Also, enjoy my married life and my 2 beautiful kids)
Hey fellow bodybuilders:) I have not been on bodybuilding.com for a while due to my super busy schedule etc....but I am back! Actually I am preparing for several National shows coming up very soon!
Day 1 Back/bis/Abs
Day 2 Quads/Shouldres/calves
Day 3 Chest/tri/Abs
Day 4 Hams,glutes,calves
Day 5 Rest (Now in competition prep 1 hr slow intensity
Cardio
Day 6- Start all over again!
Since I am 8 weeks out I am also doing 30 mins of cardio after weight training, and 45 mins...
Hello Beautiful!! How have you been? I like your newest pictures. Still looking great. I just finished competing and I won the mens masters over 40 and I took the over all masters. It was my best finish to a show that I have ever done!! I was right on.
