What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Behind the neck shoulder presses, to much pressure on your rotator cuffs.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Damaged rotator cuff, I've been injured for about 8 months now and still recovering.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Trying to lift more than they can handle.

Programs actually really good so far, the increased frequency on different muscle groups is actually helping me get some really good gains. Its in the June issue of M&F if you wanna check it out.

Thanks so much. I am working like a slave to try to get in shape! I just met with my trainer for the first time and now I am on a fat burning plan! Now all I have to do is get my back cut up like yours!
