What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Behind the neck shoulder presses, to much pressure on your rotator cuffs.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Damaged rotator cuff, I've been injured for about 8 months now and still recovering.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Trying to lift more than they can handle.

Just yerba mate doesn't enough for fat loss.. but for example if u do early morning cardio before breakfast and drink some mate before it - it can support fat loss, i think

hy, it depends why u would like to use it. I think its better than green tea, gives more energy. And also good for water control.
