Thanks for the comment man! I really appreciate it! When it comes to training, my main goal is to stay lean by doing a lot of High- Intensity workouts. I'm constantly moving from one excercise to another. I also do a lot of cardio. I usually run about 5-8 miles a day. After each workout, I do an ab routine for about 10-15mins. As for the Lipo-6, I recommend it to get a lean look. I've noticed great results with it. So, what's your goal for right now?
ahh true....some things we do are speed squats and bench, box squats, power cleans, clean and jerks, clean to frontsquat, and a bunch of other stuff... just know that you need speed and explosiveness for football...good luck to ya
Well I ran four years of division I track and field, but besides for that, its just my natural body type to be thin. Its hell during my bulking phases (like now), i can only gain about 10-15 pounds because of my whaky metabolism. You are at a good height and weight. Once you start getting stronger in the weight room, you will see your physique start to change dramatically.
