I've been lifting on and off now for about two years, however I started to get serious about it in November of 2006. I've read Arnold's Encyclopedia and now I have tons of knowledge to put to use.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding definitely builds self-confidence and gets rid of stress. I'm addicted.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see my body changing week by week.
BB Accomplishments:
I've gained 16 pounds in 4 months & I've lost 15 pounds in 2 months or so. Seeing my body physically change due to nutrition and training is an accomplishment for me.

Nice. Thats sounds like some heavy dudty work yougot goin on man. But as long as your makin money its worth it.
Nah i never thought about competeing. Doesnt seem like something i would be interested in man, and plus in order to win I feel like i gotta put alot of garbage in my body so i dunno how i feel about that.
