Man, is benching all you're doing? If so, thats going to mess you up. You might not be trying to put some size on you or anything and just trying to get yourself a big bench, but you definitely want to train some other muscle groups to insure they aren't limiting your progress.

Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmat Allah wa barakatuh. About 2 years of serious lifting, 1 year on and off. You're doing great by what I can see from your pic. My advice, go to the training and nutrition section and make sure you know what you're doing. Check out Rippetoe's program in the training section.

No. i just lift and do cardio which I probably need to cut down on. I want to gain about 10 pounds of muscle
