Man, is benching all you're doing? If so, thats going to mess you up. You might not be trying to put some size on you or anything and just trying to get yourself a big bench, but you definitely want to train some other muscle groups to insure they aren't limiting your progress.

My advice, go to the training and nutrition section and make sure you know what you're doing. Check out Rippetoe's program in the training section.
