How I Started:
I got really tired of the way I was looking after spending so much time playing computer games and laying around the house. I quit them, go out and work out as much as possible now.
Why I Love It:
I love the way my body changes after each workout. I also love the feeling of being sore because I know that it's progress towards my end goal of a toned fit body.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard to say what is motivating me. I think it's just me not wanting to go back to the old days of being light weight, weak and unhappy with the way I look
BB Accomplishments:
When finishing high school I almost locked 405 on my dead, I just couldn't get my shoulders locked... This was done while I weighed about 153lbs.

Man was tonights workout fun... 2 hours competing with my dad at the gym. Surprisingly he kept up with me. I plan on taking new arm pictures tomorrow after my arms don't have the after workout swell and time to grow. I'll be posting pictures of my forearms flexed, I'm really curious to see how...
Lol...nothing even bad.....I made a thread about how the april fools joke was stupid. He negged me once and said "no joke" and then I negged him back. He negged me 2 more times after that.
I was almost 1000K deep and just about everyone and there mother repped me back to 400K and then duke put me the rest of the way back.
