I didnt right on day 1 for the reason that i wanted to see if I could do this diet. I felt pretty good even with little carbs in me.

For breakfast today I had 2 whole eggs and 5 egg whites with 2 cups of water and green tea.

during the morning on an empty stomach i would take it like 2 hours after breakfast. i eat first thing in the morning so i would wait a few hours. then my next serving would be about 30 minutes before cardio. but it's a solid enegery rush so don't take it too late. my shcedule was perfect because i was able to take the first serving around 9 am and my next serving at around 1 pm.

no i used yellow thunder by aps, good stuff but on my next cut i'll use mito i heard thermolife's dicana is the shyt tho, i want to use a product like that during my cut or a cortisol blocker such as lean extreme.

kept the calories low, lot of natty peanut butter, big fan of grill chicken ceaser salads, fruits, i was at subways a lot but i still ordered a footlong just ate 1 half right away and the other half a few hours later. felt like i was only drinking water. i'm going on another cut sometime in feb. i got some mitotropin i want to try out
