Thanks...started off at barely being able to do 135 last year. Added about 5-10 lbs every other week...Baby steps, that is the way to go!
How is the weight gaining going? Looking well cut by the way!

Oh yeah, I train at the SOCADA in Green Cove Springs. I do have a gym set up at home, but I like the atmosphere at the gym. One of these days maybe we'll train together.

Already solid worl on traps.solid chest/pecs and good arms. You eat well and often and properly lift you can certainly reach your goals and more. If there's a couple of extra ;bs of BF then DO NOT worry about it. You'll be able to take that off easily. TRAIN WELL and keep it fun and the body will just muscle up. Keep us posted. Andre

i picked up a few weights for a week or two in highschool...I quickly gave it up though due to lack of time. I started back in september 06'. Got my diet right and was hooked after the first week. The hardest part is staying away from the weights, that and working through injuries. Hows your progress coming along?
