What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Stick with it for at least 2 months. You won't see any results in a week and it can be off-putting. Take a picture of yourself at the start and at the end. Once you see the result you will want more.
I decided to go to the gym. Right now, I can only go once a week, and do the 2 other workouts at home (I do a 3 day split), but only because my exams are near. Once they are over (in one month's time), I shall be going 3 times a week.
As for the bench, I'm going to postpone buying it for now.
Yep right now everything is going fine. Even though the scales barely move up, I'm losing fat and increasing the weight very little by little, but I guess I'm replacing the fat with muscle (hopefully). Weights are going up too. All in all, I think my progress is good for now, we'll see good results in a few month's time (again, hopefully :D)
Can type in Russian on the forum but not here. You should probably delete that comment it makes you bodyspace look twice as wide. Sorry about that man :D
Thanks for the add and not worried about those abs. U may say over rated but you'll be working hard to get them back after the clean bulk is over. Should be a fun ride to watch. Andre
Hehe, I am sure it felt good to finally get the abs!!!
Now concentrate on the bulk! Good luck getting to 180!
Make sure you keep me posted of your progress!
