I lifted Friday after work and plan to go later on today to do chest, shoulders, back. I lifted heavy yesterday, and plan to do the same again today. I love the feel of a good workout the next day. What about you, what are you working on these days?

Yeah, I worked out last night. Did back, chest and shoulders. I haven't gotten my regular workout yet...still trying to figure out the best split for me. So far, I'm doing legs/arms one day, back/chest/shoulders the next. Usually lift 3x a week and try to do cardio the other 3, with Sundays off.
