Background
Easy, because I want to be the guy that people come to for answers in the gym. The guy everyone looks up to because he is strong, fit, and an athlete. I got started because I wante to change. For the better of me and my health.
This is an easy one. Because the pain feels so good. When you get done a workout and your arms/legs/etc. feel like jello, you know that you did your best and tried your hardest. Also, to leave everything behind at the door and just focus on your workout helps me relax, and feel less stressed.
