Hey man!

Hey mate! Thanks for the comments...You're right, I should update my stats more often...and I will :) Weight is going up without an increase in bf, so things are going good...What about you?

Agree with you...40-40-20 is a safe bet. Breakfast and pre workoutmeal are the same meal for me, so lots of carbs consumed during that meal and the rest only post workout. How many grams of carbs do you consume in your pwo shake? 50g over here, but im thinking of increasing it...so just being curious

Hey man, thanks a lot for the comment...I'm pretty satisfied with the results myself. Right now I'm thinking bout increasing my carbs a little up to a 40/40/20 ratio as I'm experiencing increased fatigue the last couple of days, so maybe the carbs will solve that. I'm a little worried though that the carbs will make me look a bit more bloated. What do you think man? You have experience with the 40/40/20 ratio?

Als je nog specifieke vragen hebt, do not hesitate to ask!

2600 sounds quite low for a 'bulk'. I need 3000 cals daily just to maintain my current weight. I used to do cardio every other day, but right now I'm experimenting with doing cardio only twice a week as I find it hard to gain weigh lately. So when will you post some progress pics?

3000 on training days and 2700 on non-training days (around 30% carb 40% prot 30% fat). I'm not a big fan of the all-or-nothing bulk or cut cycles. I still manage to put on muscle with this amount of cals and stay low in bf. Sure, it takes a bit longer to gain lean muscle, but I just like to be lean and mean all the time. Man, I would really like to see some pics of your physique. What was your cal intake while bulking?

No problem man. 10-11% is very acceptable. Your cardio program sounds fine to me. What's your daily calorie intake right now?

Hmm, to be honest I hardly train abs because I want my waistline to stay as small as possible (like Frank Zane's). At the end of each workout I so 100 reps of situps in one set, that's it. Your abs will show if your bf is low enough, so it's really a diet thing for 99%. However, If you'd like to build bigger abs, I would suggest weighted exercises like cable crunches. Good luck!
