How I Stay Motivated:
I hardly have trouble staying motivated but I like to watch old-school bodybulding movies before I start working out.

Yea I'm the same way. Currently working out 6 days a week and doing cardio 4 of those 6. Might need to tone it down a little or I'll have nothing left :)
weet het eigenlijk niet - heb het nooit gemeten. ik heb maar een evaluatie aan de hand van een formula... dus moeilijk om dit op te volgen! ik werk meer visueel!
i've switched to a new training program..it's the cha ats program designed for free by team scivation. changed my macros by lowering carbs significantly. the only carbs i now consume are post-workout in my meal replacement shake and a cup of brown rice (totaling 70g) and the rest of the meals are all 42g protein, 15 g fat, no carbs. i have 2 servings of fruit throughout the day and 3 servings of spinach spread over 3 meals. let's see how it goes.
