How I Started:
I always love sports, was into my football alot so i was pritty fit, but i was always tall and skinny. Soon as i got my first set of weights in my bedroom i was hoocked.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a major part of my life and i'd be lost with out it. I love the the pumps, the hardcore workouts and feeling good and especially seeing those gains you really want.
How I Stay Motivated:
People laughing at me in school " Look at stenner the bodybuilder, ahh im huge i am " just keeps me going all that more to push and get the results i want.
I read up on German volume training and gave it ago for about 5 weeks and liked it but then stopped for a while. I started it again and i have just finished phase 1.

hiya mate , i would recomend bent over rows i no there as pain in the ass but they do the job and i also like the pulldown but with a real close grip while completly stretching out at the top and i use serious mass by optinum nutrition really cheap ! great servings!
I basically worked around it and X'd out any exercises that really irritated it...after time it healed up..Depending on how bad the injury is, you may want to rest up.
