Start getting cut and back on the tracks and maybe get back in size 34 jeans minimum.
Goal (Long):
Ive been doing all the eating and protien shakes took some sarm-x gained and the milkshakes and burgers. Since march I have put on 62 pounds with obviously the hopes of then working it into muscle as i was just going to the gym and saw no progress in muscle growth.
So now I am going to start on:
BSN Thermonex and maybe bsn no xplode
cycle atleast 20 miles a week
Should have a gym plan soon
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 16 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%
