I ALWAYS LOVED WORKING OUT, ACTUALLY STARTED IN MY TEEN YEARS BUT SLACKED BIG TIME,THEN ABOUT 3 YRS AGO A FRIEND WHICH IS 3 YRS. OLDER THAN ME GOT ME MOTIVATED AGAIN CAUSE SHE LOOKED REAL GOOD. SO I STARTED BACK AGAIN, AND I'M LOVING IT!
I LOVE BEING IN THE GYM AND I COULD WORKOUT ALL DAY.....I THINK SEEING RESULTS, I TRY HARDER. BUT THERE ARE TIMES WHERE I JUST GET SO LAZY AND START TO SLACK AND HAVE TO FORCE MYSELF BACK TO THE GYM AND THEN I GET BACK ON TRACK...LOL
