I'm sure you already know this, but plent of cardio, and a good diet, get yourself to a single digit percent like 7-9, push our ab workout intensity and you'll have a great set of abs man.
My ab workout is 3 sets of 12 reps with as much weight as i can do, so that when I get around my 11 and 12 rep I'm struggling to get it. Then I'll do some oblique work with side leg raises. I'll do that everyday, unless I still feel that they are soar, in which case I'll wait a day.
Check out my workout journal when you get a chance..I got my complete diet and training routine there..It all depends on what you are going for..you trying to cut up or bulk a bit?..I always bring intensity to the gym, but am knocking out the cardio completely because of my metabolism..it's allowed me to gain a bit more.
i rotate muscle groups depending on intensity of the workout and recovery needs. it's a fairly detailed program. Hatfield has written some books on it.
Hi Chris! Thank you so much for the friendship invitation, I appreciate it. Best wishes to you on your training - you look great already. Please feel to drop by anytime, I enjoy getting to know my friends and following their progress. Please have a good week! ~ Jen
And i already am taking PH's dude. lol im on my last week of a tren cycle. I researched everyting for like 3-4 months before taking it to make sure i take every precaution. Its been 3 weeks and im fine. my clce ends this sunday. then the cutting begins...oh joy
Weight gainers arent THAT expensive dude. I get like 5-6lb tubs for like 25 bucks, and you dont take em more then once a day. When i blend up my shakes, byt the time i add all the stuff, it ends up being close to 3500-4000 calories. one serving a day will last at least close to a month.
