saw magazines play fighted dragonballz with friends and wanted 2 get stronger. started out doing pushups on a hill and doin pullups
Why I Love It:
the burn feels good it gives me somtin 2 do i like bein healthy. and being stronger is always a drive for me and me looking good an muscular is appealing to me
How I Stay Motivated:
same way i keep myself studying and the sort 2 improve my abilities and the sort. bein healthy. and the ladies is good motivation so hit me up if u live close by
BB Accomplishments:
well ive always been very strong for my size and age. i won a powerliftin contest at 17 and ive mainly maintained that strenght untill 19 the only thing i really worked on and got stronger at while bein 18 was my bench press and shoulders and lats

around 185 this was taken after i didn all that circut training at mott this is how i looked when i did all thouse max lifts u c this and the 1 when i was 17 too

Goal (Long):
reach 700 lb squats and deadlifts by the end of the summer and get my side laterals back up to 100 aND IM FINALLY GOING TO REACH THAT 300 LB bench press mark once and for all this summer

I want to GAIN 8 kg
