To stop smoking and live healthier. My friends back home in Pittsburgh started lifting years ago and when I saw them for the firs time in some odd years, I wanted to look like them! I'm getting there slowly but surely!
Why I Love It:
Its a life style and I'm addicted to lifting weights!!! If I don't lift, then I'm miserable and dont Know what to do with time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Im just focused! ASnd friendly competiveness.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 55 pds in a year! And curling 165 pds on a barbell! People cant believe it.........NEITHER CAN I! LOL

Goal (Long):
My main goal is to get to 205 pds to compete. I have a long ways to go but, I'll get there!!! UPDATE..............Packin on the pds fast! Watch out NPC!
Finally losing body fat and gaining muscle and strength. can finally curl 95 pd dumbells for 5 reps.......dumb bell press 120 pds....... and my neck is starting to disappear!!!! I am very happy with my progress so far........gotta concentrate more on my flat bench so I can get 405pds...
Hi! How are you? I am doing good. Just working hard on building muscle. I took a new picture last night (in my progress pics)...I think I can see a difference!
worth a try definitely. i tried writing to you but it only limit 500 words. so long words short, its good whether to build mm or lean as there are different programs. It's a program to push you to the next level and an upgrade from regular exercise DVDs.
