Thanks bro. Believe it or not I don't workout. I'm really big into rock climbing and I build houses for a living.....I think thats what keeps me well built. The only cardio I do in in the mountains.

Thanks for the encouragement Cat! Part of my problem is that my metabolism allows me to eat what I want and not gain weight. On top of that my work is physically demanding and I play really hard (sports, climbing). So now I'm just trying to fit gym time in there too!

I was climbing Mt. Rainier in Washington. It was sub zero that morning but once the sun rose it warmed right up.... :-)
