I'm tall and have always been skinny. I was tired of being scrawny and decided I'd bulk up which seemed impossible at the time. I started working out with a few guys from work and the rest is history!
Why I Love It:
I love the rush...the challenge...the competition (although there are times when I am just too lazy or tired to go the the gym). There's a lot of competition between me and my friends and co-workers.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know what I want to look like and I'll stop at nothing to make it happen. I read fitness books and magazines, watch bodyspace member videos...Bodybuilding.com....and of course Bodyspace!!
I LOVE REGGEATON!!! It totally puts me in the mood to workout.
BB Accomplishments:
The tan lines under my pecs from working outside with my shirt off!!

I HAVEN'T MADE IT TO THE GYM SINCE MAY!!!!!!!! My job has taken a toll on my energy (I'm a builder). I've lost around 10 lbs., but surprisingly I'm still as strong and cut as before, though not as pumped. I guess framing and all the other work involved in construction is a workout in itself!!...
you go with what works man. you're lucky to have such an active job--working in an office makes you soft man. gotta hit the iroon & get extra cardio. so you don't even have to hit the gym at all? and you still have your definition? yeah, that' fair. LOL.
