Hey, welcome to the team at Platinum! It's a great place- just hoping to help encourage others to embrace the healthy lifestyle. What's the supp you were telling me about to help during carb cycling? (my trainer's going to drop my calories and carbs down even more.) I have a feeling I'm going to need it.
Catchya later.

You're making great progress! That's okay, life does bring changes, you'll get back into a routine for working out; keep up the great work!
Thanks for the comment- actually, I was told by my recruiter that I have to wait 6 months before I can retest...
Work outs going good, was so sore last week.... due to changing up my workouts. I need some more variety with my eating (and it's hard to eat every 2-3 hrs b/c of my work schedule- I can't eat on the floor at work at all). Have a great day!

You are making some amazing progress!!! Way to go! Looked for the diet you're following but couldn't find it on your page.... did I miss it?
Wondering how Hot Rox is working out for you. Do you notice a difference? More energy? How's it help you? Keep up the awesome work!
Health and blessings,

Doing this on my own. Initially started with the program "BFL." Now I've changed up my workouts to tailor my goals. What really started me on the right track to getting healthier is seeing my grandma in the hospital with high blood pressure, gout (severe form of arthritis), and a hip replacement. I looked in the mirror and wondered how I ever let myself get so unhealthy (that was Dec 05. Does your wife have a 'why' for getting healthier? She has to find something that motivates her.
