Eureka Senior High Attended 1994 to 1997 Eureka, California United States
When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
BFL originally, then fb wo, now changing up- splitting diff muscle groups on rotating days.
Why I Love It:
The strength, accomplishment, and discipline from it all. What an adrenaline rush!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading up, talking with others (synergy), competition.
The key isn't motivation as many people say- it's habit. Being consistent with working out and eating clean is the key.
BB Accomplishments:
Got bf down from 38% to 25%. From over 210 to 165 currently.

You've all been 2 the stadium and seen the athletes race. Everyone runs; one wins. Run 2 win. All good athletes train hard. They do it for a gold medal that tarnishes & fades. You're after 1 that's gold eternally. I don't know about you, but I'm running hard 4 the finish line. I'm giving it everything I've got. No sloppy living 4 me! I'm staying alert & in top condition. I'm not going 2 get caught napping, telling everyone else all about it & then missing out myself.
Short term goal is to lose 5% bf (20% bf); would like scale to get down to 140 (long term) and 18% bf and work my way from there...
Goal (Long):
Thinking I would like to get my bf% down to 18% and then decide from there. Really like the idea of bodybuilding as a competition. Toying with the idea of becoming a trainer possibly.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

Visiting family in Nor Cal right now. Start work (retraining) the day after I return to OK. Looking forward to getting back into a routine, especially for working out. Goal these next two weeks is to take measurements (and see about getting my body comp taken) and to make goals from...
Have you taken your test yet? I hope training is going well for you. I've had to slow down for a few weeks cause I just got a new job, but I am ready to jump back into my usual workouts.
Hey Girl...I like the hot rox especially if I am lagging...great energy. Right now I am doing NO carbs except for naturally occurring carbs and 1 cheat meal on the weekend! Makes for a boring week but good results!

Believe in your ability to make your fitness dreams come true. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone to be the best that you can be. You won’t believe the amazing changes your body will make or the speed at which they can occur. I wish you much success and all the best in ’08.
Do you have a trainer or are you doing this on your own?
I have just started with a long distance trainer using the internet.
The pic you have on your space is amazing from where you started.
I think you could inspire my wife.
