I could not tie my shoe at 259 pounds so i started to work out and now i lost 22 pounds of fat i still got a long whey to go but i can say i can see and feel alot of good things to come if i keep working harder and harder.

i wright how i want to look in 2 years each time i feel down iread what i wrote and it makes me keep going
