Since I am a stay at home mom of two, I have obviously gained weight. I have in the past loved to workout daily.I was a gym freak post pregnancy and before getting married. I was in pretty good shape. I was lean and was starting to gain muscle, as well as eating right. I was very disciplined on eating!! And It showed. Now it's been over three years and I completely lost my memory on how to do EVERYTHING!!!! I need help all over again on proper nutrition and weight lifting routines. I want to look like a fitness model!!! I want to godwilling one day be able to compete or grace the cover of a fitness magazine would be a dream come true! Most important,for my health too.
All I can say is WOW!!!!! I love and admire how hard and dedicated you are to working out CONSISTANTLY and EATING CLEAN!!!!!! I know that takes major discipline. Two Thumbs up to you!!! I am also amazed how supportive you really are of others, you are not like most people on here! You actually want to HELP and ENCOURAGE others on how to get to where you are now. I really appreciate how you actually took the time to write down your whole workout program, I really appreciated it alot!
