Since I am a stay at home mom of two, I have obviously gained weight. I have in the past loved to workout daily.I was a gym freak post pregnancy and before getting married. I was in pretty good shape. I was lean and was starting to gain muscle, as well as eating right. I was very disciplined on eating!! And It showed. Now it's been over three years and I completely lost my memory on how to do EVERYTHING!!!! I need help all over again on proper nutrition and weight lifting routines. I want to look like a fitness model!!! I want to godwilling one day be able to compete or grace the cover of a fitness magazine would be a dream come true! Most important,for my health too.

supps will give you the "edge"....but its REALLY the consistency of training and diet that get you there! Keep at it! Set samll goals and focus on what you have accomplished:)
