When I Started:
Mar, 2007
How I Started:
I originally got started just trying to have a good body. I was a fat, no muscle lazy slob who wouldn't do anything for myself. my self-esteem had eventually fallen to an all time low during my first year of highschool. i had become so tired of feeling down that i decided that if no one was there to help me then i would have to do it myself. i first began running 3 miles a day and eating right. i had gone from a 5'7 210 lb slob to a 6'1 155 lb boy. losing the weight had made me feel good and i had told myself that i didnt have to worry about getting fat again and i went back into my old habbitsl. i had eventually gotten fat all over again but not just fat but nasty. i hated what i saw in the mirror and i thought back to how i "thought" i would be ok and then at that moment i decided that this time would be different. that i would never go back to the boy i couldnt look at in the mirror, this time i would transform myself into the man i want to become.
After a while i had dropped the weight and had gotten everything i had wanted. i eventually started to feel that same feeling of comfort. but this time i new what could happen. i had been fat *twice* and i wasnt gonna let it happen again. i began to keep goals for myself and began working to achieve those goals. i soon realized that being too skinny was not a good thing and that peak fitness wasnt all about fat but also muscle. i began to lift mediocre not really knowing what i was doing. untill i met my Personal trainer TEE. he is a giant among men and by far one of the biggest men ive ever met, he also happened to be a good friend of the family. he showed me new things and help me achieve things i didnt think were possible. i became stronger than ever before and leaner then ever before. he showed me what determination and dedication meant to achieve what you want. he taught me the correct way to working out and i eventually was bitten by the bug. I have changed a lot since then and have learned a lot about bodybuilding and keep learning. my first show will be at the ronnie coleman next year where i hope to be around 200-225 lbs. at 4% body fat. so thats how i got started and that is me. wish me luck =)
Why I Love It:
The results and the feeling you get afterwards. and knowing that i am a rare breed. i am 18 going on 19 and very few my age do what i do or are as healthy as i am, i have been to the bottom twice and have climbed up to reach my dreams. i am one of the only people i know (besides the greatr people of bb.com) that is as healthy as i am or who cares about his health as much as i do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music. Results. and the hope of getting my pro card one of these days. i want to be huge but also symmetrical.
Ok its been a long time since ive written a blog. but here it goes. I'm now obsessed with working out and working on competing in the Ronnie Classic next year. I'm doing a chest workout and my Trainer now wants me to do 90% of my max 10 sets of 10 reps. lol he's insane and damn it that is going...
Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training! Specially ABS, chest and biceps! Keep working as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
