My goals have changed in the last few weeks.
My main goal is to lead a healthy, sustainable life. In that quest, I hope my body reflects a strong, muscular, durable physique.
Over the next few months I plan on increasing the cardiovascular activity and shed 8-12lbs of body fat.

I never trained my legs seriously in my routine which resulted in my legs being much weaker compared to my upper body. I also experienced lower back pain from using incorrect form in my training in the past. I would like to add a few inches of size to my legs and double my overall leg strength.
Of course, i want to look my best as well. I plan to increase overall muscle size with very good definition.
My main goal is to get into a solid routine, combined with clean eating habits that I can maintain for the rest of my life.
My cardio regimen has always been inconsistent at best. When I was in high school, basketball and track too care of my heart enough for me to exclude any other cardio work. As I got older and made less trips to the basketball court I tried to motivate myself to climb the treadmill after...

I'll hit you up on PM or I can email you the excel workout - that way, you just plug in your 1-rep maxes and the spreadsheet calculates your working weight range.
Thanks for the blog comments brother - your menu really pushed me over the edge to go for clean eating. As far as "tree trunks" go, I can send you over my first 4-week legs routine and then the next 3-week (one I'm currently on) and see what you think.
