Goal (Long):
- NEW - My goals have changed in the last few weeks. My main goal is to lead a healthy, sustainable life. In that quest, I hope my body reflects a strong, muscular, durable physique. Over the next few months I plan on increasing the cardiovascular activity and shed 8-12lbs of body fat. -OLD- I never trained my legs seriously in my routine which resulted in my legs being much weaker compared to my upper body. I also experienced lower back pain from using incorrect form in my training in the past. I would like to add a few inches of size to my legs and double my overall leg strength. Of course, i want to look my best as well. I plan to increase overall muscle size with very good definition. My main goal is to get into a solid routine, combined with clean eating habits that I can maintain for the rest of my life.
