When I Started:
How I Started:
All throughout my school years I was an athlete and shortly there after. I've been working for punctuated bursts for a long time - now getting back in once again.
Why I Love It:
I love the way working out makes me feel. Physically and mentally. Not only do I get satisfaction from looking in the mirror, but coming out of the gym I always feel a unique sense of accomplishment that I can't find anywhere else.
How I Stay Motivated:
Unfortunately I don't.... But that's probably why I am looking for a new trainer/coach/mentor.
BB Accomplishments:
I have none. I'd like to strive towards a figure competition but I'm probably a few years of hard work away.

My fitness goal is to be able to do 20 unassisted pull ups.
Goal (Long):
With school, work, and my general pace in life, my body has grown weak and soft. Had it not been for our creature comforts and development, I’d probably be long since dead in the wild. That being said… I want to transform my body into something leaner, stronger, and more agile. With a fiercely primal spirit, I want to peak my endurance and build a physique I can be proud about. So my transformation will be three fold: A) to build and tone muscle. B) To shed pounds. C) To adopt a healthier life style and diet.
In six months, I would like to be down to 115-120 pounds. Not bad for someone as short as me :P
Your progress pic is very nice, dont be so hard on yourself, just enough to keep you motivated will suffice. With the right training and diet program you can be where you want within a couple months. ---X
