Oct. 5th 2008 -- After a year long break, I am restarting my journey to my dream body. What happened? Life happened. I got lazy. I’m tired. My mom has Alzheimer’s. My husband has had major back surgery. All work no play. I need a break! I can go on and on and on and on….
A full year of what seemed like a year of how much I can endure. I decided to get back up and keep on fighting.
Why I Love It:
I don't, I detest it, but I hate my belly jelly rolls even more!
its all about diet, i know nothing about contest shape but i know how to get ripped, and still maintain maximum athletic performance, and im sure if it came down to it i could achieve top end contest shape with just a few tweaks, just keep lifting, lifting, lifting, some cardio, and a good diet, dont make it to complicated
Morning pretty! training is going well. I havent been dieting all that great the past couple weeks (ugh) but slowly getting back into the routine. How is everything with you?
Sorry to read about your mother. I father passed in Dec, & he also suffered from Alz's for several years. And.....I can relate to your progress pic: I usually have to take several pics to get one I'm not too embarassed to post. Good luck. :-)
