I was at a college party, slightly drunk. I met my best friend there who had been bodybuilding for over a year. I talked with him about working out, and he said to come talk to him when I wasn't drunk if I was serious. I have been bodybuilding ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my body transform itself. I get a kind of high when I am in the gym. Nothing feels better than moving weight that you couldn't the day before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a workout log as well as take measurements of my muscle size and body fat. This gives me a numerical way to see me improve. This keeps me coming back to the gym.
Good luck getting your chest bigger. Keep at it, and it will happen. And my lifting is going great. Doing 4 sets now and it has really improved my workouts.
I love that we are only concerned with having a bitchen house and working on our bodies rather than obtaining an education liek we are supposed to. cant wait to start having real lifts again!
i haven't bench pressed 300 yet unfortuanetly, but i will soon. I'm going to go back on creatine and i'm going to pick up some nitro tech hardcore soon because i'm almost out of my 100 percent optimum. So if i do max 300 it will probably be the end of August and hopefully i'll hit 315 before my birthday
hey tyler, i saw your thing about getting progressively weaker. Remember when i told you to do cardio to get those abs? Well you must have failed to listen to me when i said EAT THE **** UP. lol there's no secret to a huge chest really. just do bench press, incline, decline, dumb bell presses, flat incline, maybe decline if you have a spotter. and do weighted dips too, the other day i did 6 of them with 2 45 pound plates tied to my waste
8 pack tyler? yeah right dude! lol there's just a 4 pack there. your abs are looking better than mine. u me and brett will have to lift together when we get back
