Background
Ive been in and out of gyms all most of life, from hs on Ive tried to stay in desent shape. Ive been in rodeo and horse related carriers pretty much all my life, but now (since Ive hit 50) Ive kinda lowed down and dont want to fall into the shape ive seen so many other people get into. I am gonna strive to get and stay in the best shape and build I can get to.
The feeling of being in good shape at my age.I refuse to be like the people who allow there health to get out of control under the excuss that at thier age.....blah blah....One of my goals is to be in the best shape Ive ever been in, from this point on!!

Posted in Training : Mar 02, 2012 5:47pmWell.... I didnt do legs and traps today.I know there is no good excuse but, 5 tornadoes in the area, 4 of them between me and the gym is as good a reason as I can think of.NOT a good day to be around here. Thank God no one was hurt bad, but alot of property damage. Just another reason why I hate Indiana so much. Stepping up the job search as of tomorrow!!!

Posted in Training : Feb 27, 2012 5:35pmFirst day back in the gym. Felt Good...I gotta work on my mental game, kick this depression outa my head. BUT there aint anything in my way now....So Its Balls to the wall now...I like this gym.I was there from noon til 2:30 and only had 2 people there and they where one the treads....

Posted in Supplements : Feb 24, 2012 9:15amWell, I found a nice small quiet gym....So Im back at in as of Monday. Doing 30 high intense Cardio every morning..and I ll be training 5 days..I have lots of time to kill :(
Ill post more as I get back in the swing.Any body know a routine for a broken heart?
