09 plans are to contunie to grow and lean up. I am going to compete in Muscle mania 165 open class Nov in Vegas. I also going to continue to grow my personal training business. How about you. Would you be interested in reping ******** products in your local area. They have a great program.

I would love to do a show someday but right now I still feel like I have so much work to do to get ready! On my first cutting diet and hoping that the results I see helps give me a little more confidence.

Awesome, what show are you doing? Are you staying in WNBF or moving over to IFPA after the NANBF/OCB merger? I won't be at the MN this year, gf graduates that day. I'm taking this year off so I can hopefully add some more size for next year.

Awesome! Yeah I am planning on competing. I will probably enter the Novice Tall Division considering the Open division will be really difficult this year since that other competition go canceled. So there will probably be many competitors this year. But who knows, we'll see how I look in a couple more weeks.

I am doing good. I wont be doing a show for awhile, not in 2009 at least. I am staying at a relativly higher bodyweight, more than I am accustomed to, and making substantial gains in filling out my physique. I figure, Lord wiling, if I turn pro I dont want to have a mediocre physique, but want to be competitive at that level. any plans for u?
