How I Started:
I'm getting ready to get started again. Sept of 2001 I was in the best shape of my life. I was sitting at 165lbs and 6.5% bodyfat. I really want to get that back.
For starters I'm going to attempt to lose some body fat before I attempt to add muscle. Lots of cardio for about 1-2 months and then go from there.
Goal (Long):
At 27 I was in the best shape of my life. I want to get that body back and add then build on it. I don't want to be huge or anything but just a decient build with low body fat would be perfect. But first I need the motivation to get the ball rolling. Ultimately I would like to run at least one marathon. I've got a long way to go but I feel I'll get there one day.
I really haven't been that involved with BB.com however I did notice one thing. People that work out look ten times better (if not more) then those that don't. I'm not sure why it is but it seems to be true. I'm not speaking of only the women that post thier photos but the men as...
