How I Started:
I got started in fitness back in 1996 when I joined the Marine Corp. You gotta be in TOP shape to be a Marine. Lean, Mean ,Fighting Machine....lol
Why I Love It:
I love working out cause it helps me release stress and also helps me perform at TOP levels in my job.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay moviated by replaying a old Marine saying in my head, "PAIN is WEAKNESS leaving the BODY".
BB Accomplishments:
I started out seriously trying to gain mass back on 01-2007 at 160lbs. Since then I have packed on 30lbs of weight to date.

Our goals are similar. I think I'm trying to get to 220-230 at 6-8% bodyfat. I'm not nearly as close as I'd like to be but I guess I'm getting there. You don't want to do too fast. Sometimes I wonder, does fast always equal fat.
