WHY I LOVE IT:

Brian92028 One thing you may want to do too is consider becoming vegan. I would encourage you to watch a documentary called "Forks over Knives" ... if getting the weight off and becoming healthy is what you want, that is one fast and clear way to get there. I never thought about being vegan before, but after that flick, it was an easy switch to flip. Nov 13, 2011 7:49am

Brian92028 Any books on on the Zone diet would be good for a start. They teach a lot about portion control and eating frequent small meals, which is critical. I would not, however, get to caught up in studying yet another thing about diet. For the most part, I imagine you know what to do, it is just a matter to doing it, no? ;o) Nov 13, 2011 7:27am
