xxx_hockey Thanks man. I would try a wider grip on those uprights. The tendons running to your fingers are from your forearm muscles so they'll be active during most movements. If it's pain-free you should be okay. Sep 27, 2012 9:41am

sparton hey man, i usually do cardio twice a week. On one day I go for a long run (about 10 miles) at a slow pace and on the other day I run a much shorter distance (about 5 miles) at a fast pace. However I also get a lot of cardio from my weight training because all my exercises are done in supersets and at a high intensity Sep 26, 2012 8:55am

bacdoc04 Where is the pain? What does it feel like? Honestly, in my professional opinion/experience- it is almost NEVER a stretching problem. Most problems are prolonged/exacerbated by the patient trying to stretch the area. You just dont get muscles that go renegade and tighten up for no reason. It would like your biceps just growing uncontrollably w out working out- it just doesnt work like that- almost always a structural failure in the core Aug 29, 2012 5:46pm

LuukNL Hey Mike, it's a cardiomachine overhere they call it a crosstrainer. I guess you use another name for it.
