How I Started:
I was always sporty - liked racket sports, swimming - but decided that I wanted to work on changing my body shape.
Why I Love It:
I like progress, I get a buzz from the discipline and I want to remain healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that you can keep developing and discovering new things about the way your body responds to exercise. I want to see my body continue to develop. My sister is a ballet dancer and so very disciplined too - she encouraged me to start thinking about getting in shape.
BB Accomplishments:
None, since I'm not going to compete. This is just for me and those close to me who appreciate it.

Not Sure Really...a couple months ago i wanted to strive for 180lbs..i'm currently at @ 160..but i'll see...putting on the muscle is a lot tougher than just maintaining
yea ive noticed that guys who are natural are more willing to give advice and friendlier bc there are no secrets..anyone can do it..other than that just the obvious stuff..muscle density and hardness is another give away i think

It was going well, but then I had to pick up and move to T&T for school and when I got here, I wasn't eating properly, was walking up and down campus and not working out so the weight I gained in 4 months, I lost it in like 4 weeks. I'm eating and working out now. All I need is my protein powder to make it all complete. Still trying to get bigger arms and chest. My pics may show improvement but I'm still not satisfied. How's your progress going?

Check out those insane boys. Thats how I get my bench up. Im not as wild as them but the power moves help me boost tremendously. This will inspire you. Let me know what you think.
