How I Started:
Ran Cross Country at Virginia Tech and did the basic regimented workout. We only lifted 3 times a week and that was just for maintaining tone and shape, no real muscle building. Sinde I graduated in 2003 I have been working out everyday however that was mainly cardio and little lifting. The last 8 months I stopped doing a lot of cardio and am really trying to put on size and increase a lot in strength. I am now using a few supplements and I am always trting to gain more knowledge and learn moe because I am dedicated as hell.
Why I Love It:
I just love going to the gym, I get up around 430 to hit the gym by 5 before work and I often go again after work to run a little or just do some abs. I always feel a thousand times better after working out and I go everyday, no doubts about it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just tell myself its time to get it done and I get off my butt and go. If I want to reach the goals I have set for myself I need to stay on track and keep focused
BB Accomplishments:
None to date, but I did recently set personal bests in pretty much all major lifts. Keep in mind they are not huge amounts but still positive strides for me.

Goal (Long):
Over the next year I would like to gain around 10 lbs of solid muscle and show serious changes in my body. I want to continuously increase in my lifting and reach my goals for all one rep maxs. I have always wanted to look like the guys on the muscle magazines, I know that may sound stupid I am seriously dedicated and I always looking for natural ways to better myself and keep on going
