I just caught the comment you left a few months back about your carb intake. Yes! That helps quite a bit. I'm curious though, on low carb days, since the only carb you eat during the day is oatmeal, do you find that your workouts suffer b/c of this? Also, how often do you rotate between reg carb days and low carb days? Thank you for your help!

Thanks man!! It was primarily weight training. However, I've been hitting the cardio pretty hard recently because I want to get even more defined.

Hell yeah man! It sounds like you're right on track! The 6-pack is getting there. I just changed my ab routine b/c what I was doing was getting stale and I wasn't seeing any results. Now it seems like it's getting there quicker and quicker. I just incorporated planks into the rountine which is really starting to bring out the abs. I should be there be the end of Oct/beginning of Nov.

That's all that matters man. As of right now, I'm more focused on putting on muscle. Come the beginning of July, I'm going to cut carbs majorly to get ripped. All in all, it's going well my friend.
