whats up man.Currently at 176ish lbs.doing 4 miles straight in 37:50 mins..Still focused on fatloss til 170. Doing full body workouts three times a week, and my lifts have def. gone up. On my last week of this strict ultra low carb diet..got a vacation this weekend so I'm gonna splurge a little and then I'm back on it..lol.. How about you..How's the six pack coming along?

Right now, I have lost all the weight I needed to so now I just need to get consistent with my lifting and tone up even more.

The 75/50/25 is the amount of carbs for 3 days. 75g coming from all meals one day, 50g the next, 25g the day after that and then you start over with 75g again...you have to figure out how many carbs come from each meal. Vegetables and protein sources don't count, strictly carb sources like oats, rice, sweet potatoes, etc.

Focused on losing weight. On low carb diet..eating about 800 less from calorie maintenance and running ~35 miles a week while lifting 3 times a week. Pretty successful for me. Dropped down to ~185 from 195 in about 1.5 months. Was trying to get to ~170 before 7/1 but I will fall short so I'm aiming to get as ~178. After July, I'm gonna focus more on fat loss so I will hit the weights harder and throw in high intensity running workouts.

thanks for accepting. I have a long way to go - my chest is puny - you should see it from the side - laughable. Arms are like sticks. all parts pretty well defined but zero bulk. lol
