When i found out i was 22pounds over weight and had a body fat of 29%

The awsome feeling you get and the body pump once you have finished your workout.

Being surounded by like minded people. reading motivational magazines.
changing my routine every 6 to 8 weeks
BB Accomplishments:
Reducing my weight by 22pounds and my body fat reduced to 9% also seeing my ab muscles is nice
