I've been working out lately, lifting things that are too heavy for me. I know I've had a good work out, if on the way home im concerned i have a hernia. Im doing this a symmetrical thing though, so my right side is gonna be all ripped and jacked, but my left side is gonna stay all skinny. Because thats a real eye catcher at the beach, cause some girls like chisled guys and others like indy rockers, so now depending on which side i lean to ill give them what they want.

Still going strong, trying to continue to eat cleaner, and still sticking to my training routine. This weekend ill be at the lake laying some sod, so hopefully i can try to get a tan. Also i would like to do some Beach running which will be awesome.

yea, laying low this week..lifting at 70%, kinda feels like I'm lifting paper..haha but atleast there's no headaches.. hopefully they'll be gone after a week of meds. to be honest, I haven't heard much about the kin games. you goin?
