BB Accomplishments:
Following my Sr year of HS football, i was 165 lbs and maxed out at 225, 2 years later i had gotten up to 183 lbs and maxed out at 275.
Forum Signature:
I've been working out lately, lifting things that are too heavy for me. I know I've had a good work out, if on the way home im concerned i have a hernia. Im doing this a symmetrical thing though, so my right side is gonna be all ripped and jacked, but my left side is gonna stay all skinny. Because thats a real eye catcher at the beach, cause some girls like chisled guys and others like indy rockers, so now depending on which side i lean to ill give them what they want.
Still going strong, trying to continue to eat cleaner, and still sticking to my training routine. This weekend ill be at the lake laying some sod, so hopefully i can try to get a tan. Also i would like to do some Beach running which will be awesome.
I am planning a fitness competition/bodybuilding show, so i have 12 months to train, currently im on a 4 day lifting(with HIIT) and one day of extended duration cardio(for the summer im playing rec league soccer, but when school starts it will likely be 40-60 minutes of cardio. Im eating...
