How I Started:
Went through a break after hurting my ankle in Korea. Slowly working back into shape after a few months of binge drinking, but luckily I didn't loose too much mass nor gain too much fat.
Why I Love It:
I like to work out to look good, feel good, and know that I will be healthier in the long haul.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use caffeine, it keeps me too giddy to just stay still.
Build muscle, this is a new updated goal. I am already bigger than I was last time I was deployed, but I want more so that is what I'm working on.
Need another 15 or so pounds. I actually lost 3 pounds though, not good.
At his age he looks amazing, and you never see that these days. From looking at his progress, he has completely turned his whole life around and certainly for the better. He should inspire us all to try our best and push ourselves to the limit.
Ok, heres the deal. I move up in the amount of weight I lift every week, but I am having trouble moving up in body weight. I have been at 180 for a while and I can't get any heavier.
I eat like a fiend, and I have been lifting A LOT. Notice the emphasis. Why can't I put on any more mass?...
