Strength and endurance for Dragonboat Rowing.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it improves my health, strength and my physique.
I love bodybuilding just like Arnold, I love it because of the pump that one can get when their in the gym, lifting weights/working out.
I love bodybuilding because it adds confidence to a man/woman who's into it.
and lastly I love bodybuilding because now I can kick a**! yeaaaah!
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't want to inherit heart problems from my dad, cancer and diabetes from my mom. But. It's in my genes. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I also have them when I'am 30, 40 or 50 years old. Or. Start to Exercise regularly, eat a healthy and balanced diet and stay away from vices to lessen the chance of me getting those sickness and boosting the chance of having a long and productive life.

BB Accomplishments:
For the past 2 years I'am not that serious in going to the gym. I just go there if the mood swings (about 2times a week). I even stopped lifting weights for 8 months.
I started to do the serious work just this year (April of 2008) hitting the gym 5 times a week, beacause of that my bench press went up from 100Lbs. at 11reps. (after 2 months)100Lbs. at 23reps. and I consider that my own accomplishment. =)

[April 02, 2005 up to April 30, 2008] - I did not take any creatine, glutamine, Whey or any other supplements. Just a protein diet that consists of chicken, tuna, egg whites, peanutbutter & low-fat milk.
